The Heights proposes an as-of-right development for three affordable housing buildings on a large campus site, with a total of roughly 750 units located in two 19-story multi-family apartment buildings and a 10-story affordable senior housing building. The development would include amenities and programs that prioritize building resident needs, including a proven model of combining supportive and mixed income housing in an enriched social service environment to enable residents with disabilities to achieve health, well-being and independence.
