Rego 98

Rego 98 is a new 22 story, 260 unit residential tower in Rego Park to be completed in 2024. The facade is designed to strengthen the connection to the neighborhood by creating a visually interesting and dynamic backdrop to the street and sidewalk. The base of the building has variegated panel sizes that change in width as they progress around the corner from 98th Street and down the length of 63rd Road. The change in transparency of the building engages residents and neighbors and activates the street frontage creating a playful space in front of the building. The interior of the building is designed to connect to the exterior. Large window walls, organic shapes and textures, and use of natural materials create a bright, welcoming and relaxing home as well as amenity spaces for residents to relax and connect with each other.
